Hi,
I have previously created numerous email templates, with no problem. Today, when creating a new email template, I keep getting an error: "only 32000 characters are allowed in your email content." I am quite sure that I am below this limit. It won't let me save. When recreating the email template with minor differences and different template names, I get the same problem. If there is some kind of bug that is triggered by certain syntax etc, please let me know, so can just avoid whatever is triggering this and not needlessly spin my wheels in frustration.
