Email template fields not being populated

I also posted a message about the email template footer not working.
I tested the email template before and it was working fine, now the fileds are not being populated. All fields have information in them, but when I receive the email the body is blank. Here is a copy of my email template:

Dear ${Leads.First Name}

Here are your latest property matches:
${Leads.Property Matches Link}
link test ${Leads.link test}
