Email Template Folders Visibility
Our company has been using Zoho CRM for approximately 9 years. In that time, we've accumulated a lot of Email Template Folders. In order to delete these folders, it's necessary to remove ALL templates and then delete the folder, which is very time consuming and may result in deleting templates that may be needed at a later date.
Would you
please make this a lot more user friendly by simply making it possible to
collapse the folders so that the user doesn't have to sort through all the mess? This would be a major improvement!
