Email template fonts not behaving

Email template fonts not behaving

I have created several email templates in Zoho CRM that we use as part of responses to leads.  I have used the edit tools to set the font to Arial, and to make other format changes.  Here's screen cap of the editor:


The, when I click on Preview, and more to the point, when I send out the email, it reverts to Times Roman or something:



Help!  Am I doing something wrong, or is this a Zoho bug?
