Email Template Footer

Hello,
Recently I have been noticing that I cannot view or modify the information that I have in my Email Template footer. In some cases when I click on the email template link I can see the footer, but then when I click to edit the email template, the footer text is not visible in the footer area. This occurs whether I click View HTML or not. I am using Mozilla browser, but this is what I have used all the while.

It should also be noted that when I send an email using the template, that I do see the footer text showing up. Can someone let me know if this is a known problem.

Basically, I need to modify my footer text, but can't see anything to modify.
