I'm interested in creating an email lead form template which will be emailed out to prospective leads requesting that they complete a know your customer (KYC) form which can be automatically imported into Zoho so that I can utilize an automated contact approach for my initial contact for all clients.
Can I utilize Zoho Forms and automator for this or must I utilize some other form generator and paste a link in my email template in order to accomplish this task or can someone please help me find out the steps that I must take to accomplish this.
Any help that could be provided would be greatly appreciated.
