I am using the first name field in my template ---> ${User.First Name},

 

I have a number of templates that I have been using.  I have tested samples of each and they all insert the first name except one.   I have tried to totally redo that template from scratch and it still is ignoring the field.  As you can see in the example above, I have a comma following the field.   All that shows in the email when it is received in my inbox is the comma.    No name or anything shows before the comma.

 

In my other 11 email templates the all show the Leads first name and then a comma.   Not on this one template.
