I am having issues using my email templates.
I do not recall when this feature broke, but it has been awhile.
I send multiple email templates to leads; the average is less than 25 per day, usually one email per lead per day,
When I attempt to send the same template to multiple leads, utilizing Macros or the built in multiple email option under the more options button" Zoho reports that the email went when using the multiple email option and run Macro reports that the Macro set has run including sending email, but there is no evidence that the email action has been preformed, that is to say there is no email in the sent folder.
My back up solution for the email to actually function, has become a work productivity issue. I need to send the email template individually from the detail page of the lead - painful.
Please Advise
