I use a standard HTML template in my business to reply to email inquires and tryed copying it into a Zoho CRm email template.. It copied fine and the preview displayed the HTML fine but when I went to save it it said the email exceeded 32,000 characters.. It's not a long email.. I guess it's the HTML code that is long.. I don't even know how to tell how many characters I'm over.  The HTML of the email is attached.

 

 

Any ideas on a workout for this? I need them email template ..

 

I figure I coudl try and get someone that knows HTML to look at the email and see if it can be coded smaller or something but I have about 10 of these email templates.

 

I was thinking maybe to store some of the template characters in Fields and then merge it into the template?  Stupid to have to do this but I'm just trying to figure out a solution.
