I want to create an email template that will either automatically send when certain conditions apply like changing lead status or if someone clicks to send it. BUT... I only want this email sent to a specific email address that is NOT in the lead.
We are basically trying to inform a department in the company once a lead has been sold as a signed client. The template has all the information taken from the lead for that that department head. Currently it is set a regular template and the Zoho User has to delete the email address it defaults to and manually type in the other address. I do NOT want the lead accidently sent this email.
So, in order for me to accomplish this, I figured either find a way to automatically set it up to send a template with specific data during certain conditions OR have it sent by selecting a task or something else to trigger it.
Any suggestions or help?
