I'm not sure you have understood my requirement correctly, i WANT to attach certain files to the email templates, i have already uploaded these documents to ZOHO Documents, so why can i only attach files that are store locally to my PC???
I have created a series of template emails that contain various PDF's, these are NOT mass mailing campaigns, they are for individual responses to emails, i have certain document that i send all the time, so i'm trying to make it easy for my staff.
How can i attach documents from ZOHO docs to my email templates?
Looking at this HTML form on your forum (where i am replying to your reply) - i have a panel here (below where i'm typing) that allows me to choose where i can attach documents from "Desktop Zoho Docs Google Docs" - can this form not be used in the Email template window?

I WANT to attach Zoho Docs to Email templates - i do not want to use campaigns - please tell me how.
