I am using the Mail add-in and Email templates to send an email to a contact via the "Send email" link in the contact page.

There are users "service" and "joe". I am logged in as "service" (cannot log in as "joe") but want the email being sent from user "joe". I have also specified in the email template that it should send it out from user "joe".

The email gets send out fine but the sender the email recipient sees "joe@mydomain.com". I want it to show "Joe Doe <joe@mydomain>" instead. The reason is that I have received feedback that "joe@mydomain.com" is perceived as unprofessional by my clients.

How do I do this? Help! :)
