I created an email template for a workflow to send a form letter to new contacts.

I put in user.First Name; user.Last Name and user.Signature so that each email would be signed by the person who added the contact.

When I tested it myself, it worked fine - the email was sent and signed by me.  But when I had someone else add a test contact, the email was generated, but signed by me instead of the user entering the contact.  (They were logged on under their own user name).

Can anyone explain why that would happen and a way to fix it. (I can use contact.Owner, but that wouldn't help with the signature file).
