Email Templates

I have uploaded a PDF template w/ hyperlinks in-bedded. 1. Does the PDF/template show up in the body of the email? 2. Does the hyperlink automatically work upon transferring into template? 3. How do I review to see exactly how this will look upon my recipients receiving?
