Email templates - access refused in email creation after creating email template folders -

Since I created a box to distribute my email templates, I can NO LONGER ANY email template when I try to select one

Inactive selection list !

I destroyed the template folder, remains only the original one, but same results ! inactive folder in the list

please HELP ! I have to send 50 emails before Thanksgiving in the US.
