I am having a hard time figuring this out.  I have set up email templates and use them.

The receiver gets the email, it says from me and my email address

BUT is says sent via zohocrm.  How do I get rid of it.

I do not have the email add-in

We use Google for our email with our domain.

I did a set up in zoho mail and can send emails via Google there.

I want to use template and have them come from me via Google.   Please help.

Right now, if I send an email in Zohocrm, I cannot tell if it bounced back.
