It's confusing to have Outer Color and Outer Theme as two separate buttons for backgrounds in email templates.

I propose combining them into one Outer Color/Theme button.  So when you select it, the first swatch is a color picker and the rest are patterns (themes).

And while we're at it let's make the background actually appear white when choosing "white" or "none".  It's misleading that it remains grey:  https://cl.ly/4817775e6b75
