Email templates do not work - don't show up in email template dropdown in email window

New issue - started today.  I have been sending emails using templates for several years now, and all of the sudden they will not show up in the Email Template window in the email pop-up. The dropdown list for email templates just continues to say "None" even though I have over 15 email templates and have been regularly using them up until yesterday.  I am hoping someone from Zoho can let us all know how to send emails using templates now, since somehow the functionality has changed.
