Email Templates including Meetings Merge Fields

Email Templates including Meetings Merge Fields

I want to manually send reminder emails to Contacts using Email Templates that merge data from the Activities module.  Zoho does not allow me to send emails from a template from the Meetings Module, even though it allows me to create email templates from the Meetings module.

Any suggestions?

${Contacts.First Name}

I still need you to complete your INTAKE FORM prior to your consultation with our office.  

As a reminder, your appointment with our office is scheduled for: 

${Meetings.Date}

${Meetings.Event Day}

${Meetings.Time}   (Please log onto the call 5 minutes prior to your appointment time)
