Email templates: is is possible to have the "From" field a custom value?
Hi,
I'm trying to configure email templates in Zoho CRM, for use as automated replies when someone submits a contact form from the website and what I noticed so far that in the "from:" field dropdown the only choices are the available Zoho CRM registered users.
Rather than sending a "thank you for contacting us" sort of message with an email address of a real person, I'd like to have the email address set to a generic "info" sort of address. I couldn't find a way to do so though. Am I missing something?
