I spent 2 hours on this and it fucking crashed when adding an image. I LOST EVERYTHING.

I'm so sick of this unreliable piece of shit software.

Now I know the response I'm going to get since it's public is going to be some bullshit answer, but look... sometimes when you're building out campaigns you get spur of the moment creativity that has to go down immediately so it's not lost. When you save, it takes a minute to get bak to where you were because you always have to hit five fucking buttons to go one step in ZOHO.

Why would you allow your software to just loop back to soe screen i was at three or four hours ago and all the work i did was lost. Just because your system can't handle images with a resolution that's anything but blurry/pixelated... it crashes the current screen and goes back hours.

Your software is supposed to make doing business easier, but it just adds hundreds of unnecessary steps and NOONE is willing to help.
