Email Templates not able to use "no-reply" email server?

Email Templates not able to use "no-reply" email server?

I added my personal email to my Zoho account and the Email Template is allowing me to use my Zoho email I registered with and Current User's Email / Record Owner's Email

The no-reply account I was to use is set up in the "Email Settings" section, but I am unable to select it for the Email templates. WHY?!??!
