Email Templates Not Coming Up When Individually Emailing

There seems to be a glitch with sending individual mail. This has been going on for about a week.

When individually sending mail and choosing a template, quite often Zoho doesn't catch that I've chosen a template. I click it; the message body remains blank. I must go back into the template drop-down field and select it again. 

It doesn't do this all the time, but it's often enough where it appears there is a glitch or a bug.

Any thoughts?
