I am a brand new user to Zoho CRM, I have created a few email templates, put them in a new folder and shared the folder publicly, however, I cannot see the templates to select them to send.

I have even made them favorites but they still do not show up, the folder is not in the selection options either.  (Implementation folder)

Do I somehow have to activate the folder or templates?  I have watched multiple youtube videos and searched through documentation but find nothing related to this.
