email templates not inserting variables
We have set up several email templates and find that they sometimes insert the variables correctly but more often do not. Support suggested deleting and re-adding the variables, which solved the problem for one variable in one template but not on other variables in that same template.
Is this a known bug? Is there a reliable workaround? Seems like such a basic feature...
