I created 2 campaign templates but I can't use them! In creating the template you have to choose a record type from the drop down list. I chose campaigns but when doing my follow up email the email template menu was just none. so I tried putting it in tasks since I was emailing from a task and it still said "none" for email templates. So then I tried the "contacts" record but the template doesn't come out right.
Why have choices for record types that you can't use? If it goes by module than your record type selection needs to be "activities" not tasks, events and calls.
Please fix this so I can use these templates for following up on campaigns.
