Email templates switching between workflows

Hi there, 

I have two workflows set up to send out two emails with links to two different surveys. The emails themselves are identical, bar the link to the survey. The workflows vary depending on what type of holiday the client went on, either on a cruise or a tailormade holiday. 

The Tailormade workflow is set to send one day after Return Date. The Cruise workflow is set to go 6 days after Departure Date. I have mandatory fields set up for Deals which group the holidays into either Taiilormade or Cruise. There are also nationality conditions for which I use currency to distinguish. 

My issue is that when I assign the email template to one workflow, it changes it in both which means that one group is receiving the email with the link to the wrong survey. It doesn't matter which workflow I edit, the most recent email template I assign, assigns to both workflows. 

I have tried changing the order of the conditions which has not worked. I wonder if it is something to do with the criteria pattern?

For now I have paused the Tailormade one, so only the Cruise email is being sent. 

Attached are screenshots of the workflows. The Cruise Workflow shows the incorrect Email Notification.
