Hey guys!
I'm new to Zoho / CRM and I've been working with it (specifically, Zoho CRM Enterprise) for a couple days so far. I've combed the forum / FAQ for clues on the following question, but for some reason I'm just not "getting it."
In short, I'm trying to figure out how to get the application to send an email X days after the date value I've entered in a custom field.
I've created the field (in "contacts," in this case), entered the date value (3/1/2011 in this case), set up a 'time-based action" to send out an email (which I want to go to the email address in the contact record) 180 days after the date in that field. The set-up of this seems to be fine, but I've not received any email (the email address was a test account of mine).
I think there's something I'm failing to understand about how Zoho sends or integrates with email.
