Hello,

I am able to create an email notification to my sales team of a new lead. However, I would like to send reminders daily until the sales team either updates the records in CRM or if the can click a button in the email to acknowledge they have reviewed the lead (essentially write back to CRM to change the Lead Status field to stop the email reminders).
