I have two fields in my subscriber list - one for email type (e.g., promotions, events, newsletter) and one for topics (e.g., millennials, multicultural, Hispanic/Latino). These fields help me segment our emails, so that people are only getting what they care about. I would like to give subscribers the ability to update their own information.
So I have 2 questions.
1) Can I sync these fields BACK to CRM?
2) How can I direct people to their preference page?
