Zoho CRM has no email tracking or individual lead notifications, which might be a problem if one-on-one, long-term engagement with specific users is integral to our business (Which of course is very important to every business)
Take for example Hubspot CRM. Even though i'm using Zoho CRM, I also use Hubspot since it's got much better UI/UX along with a chrome extension which gives me an overview of my recent emails and clicks/opens. Every time someone opens my email, there is a desktop notification alerting me of the same. It's so heavenly and easy to keep track of the open/clicks for every individual emails sent.
Although Zoho CRM is loaded with features, it's such subtle yet crucial features which takes a beackseat. Yes, zoho crm has email tracking but it's no way that easy nor effective.
Is there a plan to bring in such features to Zoho CRM (like that of Hubspot)?
