Email tracking

I would like to store email communications with the corresponding contact. I see that i can do that if I am sending an email from the system. Is there a way to store emails not sent? In other systems, I have seen that there is an email address that I can bcc that will go to the system and be connected with the corresponding contact. Is that possible in Zoho? Or is there another way to collect emails that are not sent directly from ZOHO?
