Email Tracking: Open & Clicks on links & Attachments
Bananatag tracks emails when 1) opened, 2) clicks on weblinks and 3) attachments opened/viewed. I want to replicate with zoho crm including notification when each activity occurred. Does Zoho have functionality? If so, where is setup?
