Email within Zoho CRM - MailMagnet ? - which edition ?
Which edition of Zoho do I need to have the features described under MailMagnet ? Will this plugin automatically associate incoming and outgoing emails to the relevant contact/account ? Will the same edition also enable syncing with Outlook or GMail ? Thanks.
