Email workflow doesn't trigger

Hello,

I have build a workflow to send an email to the customer (contact email) whenever their deal is sent (fields - number of parcel and shipping method are updated), but unfortunately it doesn't trigger and I can't track where's the problem.

Step by step:
WHEN Numer przesyłki (number of parcel) AND Sposób wysyłki (shipping method) are updated and
CONDITIONS are that Sposób wysyłki (shipping method) is GLS AND Preferowany kontakt (prefered contact) is po polsku (in polish)
THEN send an email Wasze zamówienie zostało wysłane (Your parcel has been sent).

As recipient I have chosen me and CONTACT that is associated with a deal.
