First we dont want to do this via Campaigns
I need to create a workflow based off a sign up date and a status field within a contact record heres what we need
1.as soon as a certain status field is selected send an email to the customer
2.when a new owner is assigned send another email
These 2 points are OK and I understand how to set these up
Now if this this record doesnt change its status within 15,30 or 60 I want an email going out at each of these point
However if the status changes I dont want the emails to go out
On the workflow for these day points, shall I base it as the trigger "account owner assigned time" and execute it at these intervals, then add the conditions?
Or would this still send the emails regardless?
