One can go into Contacts, and choose specific contacts, then choose "More Actions."
There, you can email a template to the list, or add tasks to all the contacts you selected etc.
Is there anyway to do the same from Activities Tab? There is the choice of "More Actions"
but it limits your choices to "mass update" or "change Owner" and that's it. No capability
to email, create tasks etc from there.
I use my Activities tabs to set appointments with my clients. We often have 30-50
tasks or events in one day- I would like to be able to go to my events, and select say
15 or 18 of those events and email them confirmations- I can't do that from the Activities menu
Any suggestions?
