Emailing from Cases, tracking emails

I am using Zoho for customer service. I don't do sales.

I have two issues:

1. Whenever I click on a client's email in Case view, it takes me to my Mac email client rather than Zoho email module, and not to the preferred email account either. I would like to have Zoho use my specified account and/or use Zoho's email module for sending emails. Is this possible?

2. Is there any way to track emails in the Case view?
