Emailing from CRM - That should be easy....

Hi there,

i'm having struggles with Emails to be sent out of CRM. In the specific case right now i would like to send form and/or survey links but i found a lot of obstacles on the way:

  1. sending emails from ACCOUNTS module: this would be most common for us. for ssome reason it is impossible to send emails to more than one recipient..
  2. CONTACTS module: here i have to create a template first and cannot send the forms links easily
  3. VANDORS module: if i select one entry, i can send the link, but the "To" field is not pre filled and i have to copy and paste the email of the recipient(???), if i select more than one, i can only send a pre defined template again...
all in all, that is not so great for a CRM system i have to say.... am i doing anything wrong here?
