Emailing Leads directly into Zoho?

Emailing Leads directly into Zoho?

Is it possible to email leads directly into Zoho?  I have a service that emails me a specific set of fields regarding leads and I would like to send into Zoho directly rather than copying into a spreadsheet and then importing (I imagine i can figure out importing Leads).

Any help would be greatly appreciated! (& of course there are a number of custom fields I want to use regarding the lead.....
