Emailing multiple people from the Activities Page?

Emailing multiple people from the Activities Page?

Is it possible to email multiple people from activities page?  Say I create a workflow to make a task that reminds me to email prospects when i put "lvm" in the call subject line.  A week later I go to my activities page and there is a list of 20 people i need to send an email to.  It would be helpful if we could send out emails by checking boxes in the list and then clicking on send email like you can from the contacts page.   Let me know if I'm not being clear enough.  Thanks in advance.
