Hello,
None of our emails are reaching our clients via outlook or Webmail, we were told there is a posibility the IP address may not be white listed.
We are only able to send and receive emails internally.
this is the notification i get when emails are undelivered,
550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit. <a href=https://mail.zoho.com/UnblockMe target=_blank>Click here</a> to unblock
