We've been using Zoho Support for a couple of months now and noticed that a lot of emails do not reach their destination.
I've set up Zoho Support to send mail through our SMTP server, and by looking through its logs many of the emails do not even reach the server. It appears that they are not even sent from the Zoho Side. I also notice that for the emails that do come through there's a 5-30 minute delay from the time replies are made and our server finally receives an email.
Further to this issue, I am not receiving notifications by email about new tickets etc even though i've tried to do it in different ways (Notification rules and Workflows).
Please advise.
