Emails are redirected to mx.zohomail.com but zohomail says that user not found

Emails are redirected to mx.zohomail.com but zohomail says that user not found

Hi,
Our domain is hosted with other vps provider and we are trying to setup our email hosting with zoho.
I created the users, verified the domain and changed the MX records.

After a while, I tried sending an email from my gmail account to admin[at]notifyme[dot]in. The email got bounced saying that "user not found". Gmail was able to contact mx.zohomail.com, so I assume mx records are updated.

I wanted to ask how much time does it take to create a mailbox for a user (24 hrs) ?
Can you please check what went wrong?
