Why is my partners emails constantly syncing with outlook on his computer?  He has deleted one, and then the other but as quickly as he was deleting one it was resyncing the other.  So he constantly ends up with all these emails on both his computer and also in webmail.  Our accounts are set up the same and mine doesnt do this.
