Emails being deleted through smart phones
Just recently switched to Zoho mail. When setting up the account on our smart phones everything works fine except for when we delete a message off our smart phone it deletes it off the main account. We don't want that. I used the setting in the IMAP and have the button clicked for "do not automatically expunge messages". If we delete the account off our phones and reinstall it again it will work properly for a brief time and then go back to deleting messages if we delete them using our phone. During setup on our phone we also click the button not to delete the messages. What have I missed?
