We have been having problems with users not getting the full email on their handheld device. They get the email and only the first few lines are showing.
I have sent emails from and to the account and they are viewable in the webmail portal but only a bit on the handheld. I have tested with other email accounts (exchange) on the same devices and they get the whole email. Its only emails that are on zoho email
Can you help?
