I have been looking at this for a couple of hours now and cannot seem to resolve.

Basically I have two accounts setup on my personal domain, one for me and one for the wife.

I have setup both accounts on our iPhones as exchange mailboxes and mine seems to be working fine, but on my wife's it is not possible to delete mail on the phone, it just reappears. If I delete the mail from the web access then it will disappear from the phone, just not when done the other way.

Can anyone explain why changes on the iPhone do not appear to be communicating back??
