I am using Outlook with the zoho outlook plug in.
Up until afew hours ago, when I added an email to a contact in Zoho using the plug in the email was added in as it shoud be and the orginal remained in my Outlook inbox. The Outlook copy of the email then has a blue tag added. All good.
Now, when I add an email into Zoho from Outlook uinsg the plug in the email dispaears completly from Outlook, it is not even in the delted items folder.
Why has this starting happening and how can I stop it please?
