EMAILS DO NOT COME IN UNLESS WE REFRESH EVERTIME
I have requested this to be fixed for some time now. Emails NEVER come in unless I restart my browser or refresh it. Apparently ZOHO system is not fetching the emails from the server anymore and hasn't for many weeks now.
I have been informed by support that this will be fixed and that it may already be fixed for my account.
Well....It hasn't. My emails sit on the server indefinitely if I do not refresh. Very annoying.
Please somebody fix this simple task.
